For the past fifteen years he has worked with one of the original practices with in Investment Planning Counsel, helping Canadians achieve their financial objectives.

Currently Wayne and his team help more than 350 families achieve their financial goals and manages more than $100 million dollars of investment capital on their behalf.

Specializing in Estate Planning has allowed him to increase the after tax value of his client’s estates by hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Leigh Ann McGenerty, EPC
Senior Associate

Leigh Ann has been a key member of the Baxter Team for the past eight years. First as a Marketing and Client Service Manager, then as Operations Manager and most recently as a Senior Associate.

In her role as Senior Associate, Leigh Ann implements comprehensive Wealth Management Strategies for all of her clients. In addition Leigh Ann also aids in conducting regular client reviews while also working with new clients to ensure they achieve their financial goals and Live their Dreams.
